Data Access within DIRECT. 1: Data Access Form (DAF) – to be completed and submitted to the DAC to request access to data from the database. 2: Data Transfer Agreement (DTA) – to be completed by the requesting researcher and the data owners to transfer data for research outside the scope of DIRECT. 3: All DTAs must be sent to the DAC to notify of data sharing outside the database and will be forwarded to the DTU if access to the database is required. 4: If the DAC approves access to data, the data is made available to the requester(s) on the analysis server
